I get asked a lot about my shoes, specifically when I wear the most minimalist ones possible. That, or I get unsolicited medical tips because some people know it’s helpful with various problems. For me personally, I learned grounding a long time ago and through that I learned how much we fuck up our feet for no real reason. Then we just add more and more cushions, subsequently making someone a lot of money but is it really doing anything besides costing money?
I am not really allowed to say these will solve anything and I also have to say run anything you change by your doctor. I broke my hip a couple of years back though and heard so many men telling me they had similar surgery and didn’t get out of bed for 6 months and I was getting my walker out and going to the store before I was allowed to because I really didn’t want to be trapped in a bed.
But I realized that my hip problems are probably tied to my shoes not always being that even and there’s a possibility my surgery resulted in my leg slightly changing size. But after wearing mostly my barefoot shoes like these (click image or this text to check them out on Amazon):
